Collaboration to fit the changing needs of the business.
A new headquarters is the one chance to get collaboration right before the walls close in. Camera positions, display heights, cable paths and acoustic treatment all cost a fraction to design in than to retrofit.
Alder Technology specified the collaboration systems alongside the building fitout, coordinated with the builder and furniture supplier, then supplied, installed and commissioned every room ahead of the team moving in. Boardroom, interactive meeting rooms, a purpose-built training room and room booking at every door.
From the first day of occupancy the tenancy has run under our managed service: cloud monitoring, software update management and lifecycle planning, so the rooms stay as good as the day they were handed over.
