Victoria University City Tower

Alder Technology provided design and project management service for the new Victoria University City Tower. The $220m development spans 26 floors, and has a combination of teaching and administration spaces. The building greets you with an eye catching LED video wall in the lobby, with collaborative classrooms from floors three to thirteen. These classrooms were the first designed for Victoria University using video over IP, and enabled considerable savings for the new collaborative classroom type.

The upper floors combine specialist teaching labs with administrative conferencing rooms, including the feature function spaces and boardroom of the university. The project commenced in 2018 and is due to be opened in first semester 2022.
